Fall 2018 Staff Town Halls

Rev. John I. Jenkins, C.S.C., and John Affleck-Graves invite all Notre Dame staff to the Fall 2018 Town Halls on Monday, September 24 and Tuesday, September 25 where they will share University news and information. As in past years, the meetings are grouped by division. Staff are encouraged to attend the session that is designated for their division, but if they are unable to attend that session, they are welcome to attend another session. The Town Halls are as follows:

  • Monday, 9/24, 11a.m.-12p.m., Washington Hall
    Centers, colleges and schools, institutes, Investment Office, Notre Dame Research, Notre Dame International, Provost’s Office, and other units reporting to the Provost’s Office
  • Monday, 9/24,  2-3p.m., Washington Hall
    Athletics, Audit and Advisory Services, Auxiliary Operations, Facilities, Design and Operations, General Counsel, President's Office, Public Affairs and Communications, Office of Mission Engagement and Church Affairs, Office of Strategic Planning & Institutional Research, and University Relations
  • Monday, 9/24, 10-11p.m., Carey Auditorium, Hesburgh Library
    Auxiliary Operations, Campus Safety, Campus Services, and Facilities Design & Operations
  • Tuesday, 9/25, 1-2p.m., Washington Hall
    Campus Safety and Event Management, Campus Services, Finance, Human Resources, Office of Information Technologies and Student Affairs
