Become a Strategic Responder: Be the Best Version of You and Help Others Do the Same (Two-Part Series)

As individuals, it’s critical to consider how our responses set a chain reaction in motion for others. This series focuses on developing greater awareness around how we currently react to stressful situations. It is designed to empower learners to be the best version of themselves and help others do the same.

  • Part 1: Identify and explore tangible, effective ways to shape our responses for more productive outcomes. This session will provide real-time examples and action steps on how to increase your Bounce Back Factor, become more aware of your emotions and practice empathy in the moment.
  • Part 2: The second part of the series will focus on how to manage the emotional, mental, physical, spiritual and social energy by using intentional, powerful responses.
    Participants will also have access to “Six Minute Stretch™” virtual sessions (weekly, on-demand) filled with insights and ideas around how to navigate actions and responses during disruptive life events.
