While the intersection of Douglas and Ironwood roads will close beginning Monday, July 18, Douglas Road between Twyckenham and Ironwood will not reopen that day. Work crews will install the final pavement surface to that stretch of Douglas Road next week, which will delay the opening to Monday, July 25. When it reopens, access to the Warren Golf Course and to the neighborhood south of Warren will be easier.
Thank you for your patience as Douglas Road is widened to four lanes, which will ultimately improve commute times for faculty and staff members who live east and north of campus.
