Starting Monday, April 20, faculty and staff members may trade in their current hang tags for a new, updated version to ensure continued access to campus parking facilities. Faculty and staff members are encouraged to pick up early to avoid long lines during the student permit rush in August.
To facilitate a smooth transition, the exchange will be conducted through Parking Services.

Location: All exchanges will take place at 101 Grace Hall.

Requirements: Employees must present and surrender their current physical hang tag in order to receive the new permit.

Expiration Date: Please be advised that all current-version hang tags will officially expire on August 21, 2026. After this date, legacy tags will no longer be recognized as valid, and vehicles displaying them may be subject to citation.
