Due to the severe weather and the University closing last week, the Office of Human Resources has extended the deadline of ND Voice 2019 to Sunday, February 17 at midnight. Your confidential input will help us identify areas where we can improve engagement at the University. In 2016 we saw 80% participation and with your help, we hope to achieve closer to 100% participation this year.

We want to make it as easy as possible to make your voices heard, so we’ve made a few enhancements to the survey this year:

  • Mobile Friendly – Our survey is mobile friendly this year, making it more accessible to take!
  • Fewer Questions – Your time is valuable, and fewer questions will give you the opportunity to provide your feedback more easily.
  • Pulse Surveys – We want to stay connected with you after you take NDVoice, so we are implementing very short surveys throughout the year called Pulse Surveys. Pulse Surveys will be sent either by your division or the Office of Human Resources to get a better understanding of what’s being done to address engagement levels and to understand your thoughts/feelings about implemented changes.
  • Translation Tool – Thanks to the Google Translate tool, the survey can be easily translated into a variety of languages, making it easier than ever for all staff to participate. Step-by-step instructions are available here.

In order to maintain confidentiality, we will continue to partner with Quantum Workplace.

You will receive an email invitation to take the survey from Quantum Workplace on January 28. Your feedback is extremely important to us and greatly impacts the direction of this organization.

Update on ME (My Engagement) Reports. Individual ME Reports will no longer be part of this year’s ND Voice Survey Experience. Instead, we will continue our focus on overall employee engagement at both the University and Department level.
