NDPD would like to remind students if you are leaving campus for the summer, please take your bike or push scooter with you.
If you are a student who uses a bike or push scooter and will be taking classes or working on campus this summer, you will need to pick up a brown wristband to place on your handle bars so that your bike or scooter is not removed from campus during bike round-up.
You may pick up a brown wristband from the front lobby of Hammes Mowbray Hall anytime, beginning on Monday, April 27, 2026.
NDPD encourages everyone to register their bike or push scooter. If your bike or scooter is not registered, you may do so when you pick up your wristband. Please bring your bike or push scooter with you. Faculty and staff do not need to pick up a wristband IF their bike is already registered with NDPD before May 18.
Students, Faculty and Staff may also register their bikes or push scooters online here. Please note, students, if you are registering online after May 18, and will be on campus this summer, you will still need to pick up a brown wristband so that your bike is not removed.
Any bikes or scooters not having a brown wristband attached will be tagged for removal on Monday, May 18, 2026. Removal of bikes and scooters will begin on Tuesday, May 26, 2026.
Unregistered bikes and scooters removed are only held for 30 days.
