Spring 2020 Staff Town Hall Postponed
In light of the current pandemic, the Spring 2020 Staff Town Hall sessions originally scheduled for March 30 and 31 have been postponed. In the near future, the University will explore other opportunities to achieve the goals of these important gatherings. Thank you for your patience and understanding as the University continues to adjust during this unprecedented time.
Following is the original announcement:
On behalf of Executive Vice President Shannon Cullinan, all staff are invited to attend the Staff Town Hall on Monday, March 30, or Tuesday, March 31 where they will hear important University news and information and have the opportunity to ask questions. Staff are encouraged to attend the session designated for their division but are welcome to attend a different session if they have a conflict. Some divisions are listed multiple times to accommodate different shifts. The meetings are as follows:
MONDAY, MARCH 30
4:00-5:00 p.m., Dahnke Ballroom, Duncan Student Center
Athletics, Audit and Advisory Services, Campus Safety and University Operations, General Counsel, Office of Information Technologies, Office of Mission Engagement and Church Affairs, Office of Public Affairs and Communications, Office of Strategic Planning and Institutional Research, Student Affairs, University Enterprises and Events, University Relations and all other units reporting to the Office of the President
TUESDAY, MARCH 31
10:00-11:00 a.m., Washington Hall
Athletics, Campus Safety and University Operations, Facilities Design and Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Investment Office and University Enterprises and Events
2:00-3:00 p.m., Washington Hall
Centers and institutes, colleges and schools, Notre Dame International, Notre Dame Research, all other units reporting to the Provost’s Office and University Enterprises and Events
