As we all begin to make plans for the upcoming Christmas Break, please be sure to note the following important parking information relative to long-term parking over the break:
Undergraduate halls close at noon on Sunday, December 21, 2025.
- A valid student parking permit is required to park on campus over Christmas Break. Temporary Student Permits can be obtained from the Parking Services Office at 101 Grace Hall.

Student vehicles remaining on campus over the Christmas Break must park in the following parking lots:

Lake Lot

Dorr Lot
-
Bulla Student Lot

Rugby Lot
-
Wilson Student Lot

Or the Fischer Faculty/Staff Lot (available starting Saturday, December 20)

Please ensure students relocate to a designated student lot by 6:00 a.m. on Monday, January 12, 2026, to avoid parking violations.

Fischer Graduate Residents, please continue to park in the Fischer Graduate Residence Lot over the break as usual.
The Parking Services Office is available to assist you from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please note that the office will close at 5:00 p.m. starting Tuesday, December 23, and reopen at 8:00 a.m. on January 5, 2026.
