Android / iPhone / iPad – Restriction for Compromised Devices
For increased security – Concur’s mobile app no longer works on devices that:
- Have been compromised via “jailbreaking” or “rooting” – or –
- Do not have a device passcode set.
When attempting to open the mobile app, Concur will alert you with instructions if your device has been compromised or a passcode has not been set. Please follow the instructions, so you can continue to use the Concur mobile app.
