Subway, which retired May 15th, is being replaced with Flip Kitchen, a fast casual restaurant that showcases a core menu with grilled flatbreads, fresh tossed salads, rice bowls and fresh smoothies. Flip Kitchen also offers a dynamic menu that transforms or "flips" into a new food concept, inspired by fresh ingredients and global flavors, that changes every few weeks. Additional comprehensive changes to the retail dining portfolio will be announced in the coming weeks.
Flip Kitchen will open in time for the start of the 2022-23 academic year.
