Morris Inn’s iconic restaurant, Rohr’s, is hitting the streets — with a food truck. Rohr’s unveiled its newest offering in June. The food truck can be found at campus and community events, including Downtown South Bend’s First Friday event on Friday, Aug. 6.
The truck’s most recent stop was outside Grace Hall on Monday, Aug. 2. The Office of Public Affairs and Communications treated its staff to lunch as part of a “welcome back to campus” event. The media relations, strategic content, internal communications, marketing communications, Notre Dame Magazine and some public affairs staff work on the fifth floor of Grace Hall. Most staff had worked remotely for nearly a year and a half.
The Rohr’s Food Truck is available for student, staff, private and public events on and off campus. It offers several menu options including tacos, grilled cheese or smash burgers, as well as several popular menu items from Rohr’s. To book the Rohr’s Food Truck for an event, call 631-2018.
