Holy Cross House and Corby Hall Dining Team
The Holy Cross House and Corby Hall Dining Team is part of a larger group of professionals in charge of dining services for priests and brothers who live on campus. Striving to create a sense of community, home and family, the Holy Cross House and Corby Hall Dining Team have shown tireless dedication to creating an extraordinary dining experience for those who dine with them.
Their dedication was showcased when the team served Corby Hall’s last meal before the building was demolished. The new interim kitchen at the Presbytery was open for breakfast the next morning.
The Holy Cross House and Corby Hall Dining team has exhibited a great commitment to the University’s values in their service to the priests and brothers of the Congregation
